Getting Here

Calmac run a regular ferry service from Ardrossan all year round. For further details and ferry timetables please visit Calmac.

We strongly recommend that you book your ferry well in advance as the service is particularly busy during summer and at weekends.

Getting here from Brodick Ferry Terminal

From the ferry terminal turn left onto the main road south for approximately 13 miles passing through the villages of Lamlash and Whiting Bay. At the first signpost for Kildonan turn left and continue down to the sea front. Pass the Kildonan Hotel on your left and carry on for approximately one mile until the road takes a sharp right hand turn uphill. Littlemill is located on the left hand side at this turn in the road.

Getting here by car

Go to Ardrossan, Ayrshire and follow signs for the ferry terminal. Once on the Isle of Arran proceed as above.

Getting here by rail

Go To Glasgow Central Railway Station then change for a train to Ardrossan Harbour to board the ferry. Once on the island catch the connecting 323 South Island bus service to Kildonan. You can ask the bus to stop at the bottom of the hill (see above)

Getting here by air

Go to Glasgow International Airport and catch the shuttle bus (or taxi) to Glasgow Central Train Station then proceed as above.

Go to Prestwick International Airport and catch a train to Ardrossan Harbour then proceed as above.
